At NVB Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
